Our Outdoor Adventure Experiences at St Barnabas Trust
The adventurous outdoor program is part of our bring it vision at the trust. Each child in KS1 and KS2 will have one day a term learning outside the classroom, participating in adventurous activities, please see below.
These activities are carefully organised to build confidence and resilience in the children to tackle greater challenges further in life. During each activity they will learn about the natural world and this is closely linked to their curriculum learning back inside the classroom. All the activities are run by the trusts in house qualified professional outdoor instructors.
We do also have our annual Trust Challenges for Years 4,5 and 6. These span over several days so you will find more information on our Residentials Programme page.
