We run a morning, afternoon and all day session. If you don’t need childcare all week we can build a flexible schedule.

Although funding doesn’t start until the term after a child’s 3rd birthday, your child can attend as soon as they are 3 but hours will be chargeable. Additional nursery hours are charged at £5.69 per hour and are billed termly.
You may be eligible for help with childcare costs. Check the gov.uk website for more information.
We provide healthy snacks in the morning and again in the afternoon comprising fruit, vegetables – need more info here.
If your child stays all day they can bring a packed lunch or opt for a cooked school dinner. This can be booked via our MCAS App (cost?)

We use a purpose built app called ClassDojo to keep in touch and share photos of your child’s activities.
We a session with parent/carer joining and then a session without. These will be arranged with you around the child’s needs.
Please label all belongings with your child’s name. If your child requires medication for any reason you will need to complete a medication form. You can find our Supporting Pupils with Medical Conditions Policy here.

At Antony Ants Nursery, our child-led learning in the natural environment means children will likely get muddy and dirty! Please bear this in mind and only send them in suitable clothing. We strongly recommend wellies all-year round.
We have our own high quality, fleece lined waterproof trousers and coats that will be provided for Nursery children to wear in the Winter months. We also have sun-hats with neck protection that will be provided in the Summer months.

Antony School is located on a formal one way system through the village which helps to ease congestion in our lanes. We ask that for drop off and end of day collection please travel up Antony Hill and take the left hand turn up the hill after the Vicarage Care home. Take another left and follow the lane to our school.
Staff will be waiting to welcome you and your child at the first gate to our car park in the mornings and children will be there ready for you to collect at the end of the day. You can then follow the lane down the hill and back to the village. Please arrive no earlier than 8:55am for morning drop off and no earlier than 3:25pm for afternoon pick up to ensure children from the main school building are in and out safely.
If you have siblings in the main school, you can drop off your nursery child with their sibling(s) and they will be able to wait with the adult at the gate, safely in the bus shelter. When collecting at the end of the day, please arrive from 3:25pm to collect both nursery and main school pupils.
