About St Nics Preschool

We don’t believe in keeping learning confined to four walls. Our setting is guided by qualified teachers who bring a deep understanding of early years development. We blend professional, structured expertise with the pure joy of play, ensuring your child is beautifully prepared for their next big steps. Nature is our favourite classroom. Through regular Forest School sessions, our children learn to manage risks, build resilience, and develop a lifelong love for the environment while climbing, creating, and exploring. Situated right on the coast, the beach is an extension of our playground. With regular access to the shore, our days are filled with rock-pooling, seaside storytelling and breathing in the fresh sea air. Children can start with us as soon as they turn 3.

We are proud to be a part of St Barnabas Multi Academy Trust. The trust comprises of fourteen schools that work together in three geographical hubs across Cornwall. 

School leaders, teachers and support staff work collaboratively in teams within their hubs and across the Trust to ‘Bring It! by supporting one another to;
