We have various session timings available. If you don’t need childcare all week we can build a flexible schedule.

Late collection: A charge of £10 may apply where collection is late without prior arrangement.

We provide a varied and healthy morning snack and a lighter afternoon snack each day as part of our routine. These are charged at a small rate to help cover our costs (morning £1.50, afternoon £0.50, full day £2.00). Most families choose to take part in this, as snacks are shared as part of the group and they encourage exposure to a wide range of food choices. If you would prefer to provide your own snack, you are able to opt out of this charge. In this case, please ensure your child brings a suitable snack for each session they attend.

We use a purpose built app called Famly to keep in touch and share photos of your child’s activities.
We recommend transition days/session to build up time in the setting. These will be arranged with you around the child’s needs.

If someone new is collecting your child they MUST be aware of the password. This will be provided in your enrolment pack.

We ask that you notify the school on the first day of an unplanned absence by 9am or as soon as practically possible. To report an absence please call 01503 230378 and leave a message stating the reason for their absence. If your child continues to be absent please keep us updated.
